At 55, being a mother to two teens, and being overweight, this change in lifestyle has definitely brought about a visible change. Along with the diet, all that my lifestyle needed was some minor adjustments and acceptance at the mental level to get the results that I needed. Really love this lifestyle where you really don’t need to sweat about the next meal, whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
